In this advanced pre/post natal Pilates Teacher training program you will learn to effectively work with people in all stages of the birthing cycle. You will learn about common patterns that occur and how we can work to support the changing body. Delving into the natural recovery process which allows Pilates to work with such a diverse range of bodies safely.
