The Mindful Movement method aims to nurture individuals to reach their full teaching potential and to find the amazing instructor already inside of them. Our program is backed in over 25 years of experience, while also continuously learning & evolving to incorporate new research, diverse perspectives, and new movement experiences.
We believe that the best lessons come from exploring and experimenting. Our program is designed to provide you with the space to grow and become curious, passionate and well rounded teachers! Everyone's journey is different - we can't wait to be a part of yours!
The Mindful Movement Reformer Training Program leads from a place of compassion and support. That is why spots are limited to an intimate, bespoke group of 6 individuals to allow for that extra layer of attention. You will always feel like you are being taken care of! The program is divided into 4 modules so that you can learn and grow at your own pace and on your own schedule.

Module 1: Reformer Foundations
This module lays the groundwork for a solid foundation to build upon. It will introduce you to both the history and development of the reformer Pilates method as well as the founding principles that make these exercises so powerful in eliciting a positive change for all individuals.

The second module builds upon the knowledge and skills gained from Module 1, introducing you to more intermediate & advanced reformer repertoire. Much like the first module, you learn the Reformer material through a series of On-Demand video lectures so that you can watch along and practice on your own body, and study on your own schedule.
