About the Program:
Our module-based program allows you to take the whole bundle of modules (at your own pace of course!) if you are looking to complete your teaching certification, but also allows you to take individual modules separately in order to add to or augment your practice and teaching capabilities as you like. Here's how it works:
-
Modules 1 and/or 2 can be taken by anyone who is looking to learn more about Pilates and/or looking to better understand their body or delve into Anatomy from a wonderfully practical, functional perspective.
-
Modules 3 and 4 are for those who are looking to complete the full MMC Mat certification, and must be bundled with Modules 1 and 2.
What is the MMC Difference, you may ask? It's the fact that we believe that the best learning environments are those that are collaborative and community-based.
Our program is both steeped in over 25 years of learning and continuously evolving to incorporate new research, diverse perspectives, and new movement experiences and learnings. We believe that the best lessons come from exploring and experimenting, and so our program is designed to provide you with the space to grow and let your curiosity run wild! Everyone's journey is different - we can't wait to be a part of yours!
